We were in a predecessor of this event, also put on by the Pembroke Pines Recreation and Cultural Arts Department on the exact same dates in 2012blog. This one is also free to the public and is open from 10 am to 5 pm both days. This time it will be at the Charles F. Dodge City Center, which was just opened last May.
